The safety of our guests and team members always remains our highest priority and we take great pride in maintaining very high levels of cleanliness and hygiene standards within our hotel. In these uncertain times, we have taken additional measures, as recommended by global and local public health authorities (including the WHO and PHE), to make sure our cleaning and hygiene procedures are even more rigorous than before and we are reinforcing these agencies’ recommendations on the appropriate health and safety measures with our hotel.
- We have increased the visibility and usage of antibacterial hand sanitisers within all front of house and back of house areas.
- We have increased the frequency of cleaning schedules throughout our public areas, including lifts, door handles, public bathrooms and all frequently used surfaces and have continued the use of industrial-grade disinfectant.
- We will continue to adjust food and beverage service in accordance with current and evolving food safety recommendations.
- Our hotel operating teams are receiving ongoing hygiene protocol training to ensure our guest and staff safety at all times.
